Member services (What member services does iBridge provide):

To better serve our members, iBridge has established a member service center to provide our members with the following services:

1. Registration service:

Although we have already established a convenient online registration system, we are always ready to provide our formal members or VIP members with the registration service through fax and mail, so as to simplify the procedure for people to become our members. However, associate members shall not enjoy this service.

2. Upgrading service:

Our service center is responsible for members upgrading (such as converting associate members into formal members) functions, charging and fee renewal services and etc.

3. Renewal service:

Fee renewal prompt and fee renewal service for a member when his/her fee is expired.

4. Activities service:

Organize and hold various forms of seminars, consultation conference, and report conference, and hold such activities as organization, sponsorship and evaluation.

5. Advertisement service:

Conduct the advertisement services of members or those who are not members. (, and provide background advertisement effect report service.)

6. Translation service:

We provide preferential paid translation service to our members, with preferential degree depending on member levels.

7. English writing service:

We provide our members with preferential English writing service, with preferential degree depending on member levels.

8. Localization service:

According to the different requirements of members, iBridge will provide language localization and internationalization services, including the localization of software and website, and the internationalization of software and website.

9. Other services:
