Q01 About the conference and exhibition module

Conference is a conference(exhibition)and management system that iBridge provides to formal members. Through this system, members can tell others about conferences they have organized. At the same time, they can also post media reports, user feedback, related report material, and sponsors links. This conference system can also integrate with members’ blogs, thereby acquiring a relatively complete information system for members.

Q02 I am not a member of iBridge website, can I post conference and exhibition information on iBridge?

Only formal or VIP members can release post conference and exhibition information. Please register to become one of our members now.

Q03 How do conference information?

To maintain the rights and interests of the members, and guarantee the quality of the website, in accordance with relevant website service clauses, please do not release any information regarding any of the following circumstances:

  1. Information with content violating laws or regulations, damaging to other’s reputation, fraudulent use of another person’s name, or information infringing upon the rights of other people;
  2. Information irrelevant to the conference or exhibition;
  3. False information on a company, contact person, or contact telephone/fax/address;
  4. Information on previously submitted content;
  5. Other non-standard information.

Upon finding any of the above-mentioned information, our website management shall have the right to delete it.

Q04 How does a member post conference information?

Steps for a member to post conference and exhibition information:

  1. Enter the Conference Home page and enter your login name and password in "Member Sign In" on the left. Or, you can enter Membership Home (if you have already logged in the member center this step can be omitted) and choose "My account";
  2. Click "To release conference" button on the left of the page "Conferences Home", and enter page "Conference management", as shown in the figure below:


  3. Select "Post Conferences" as above ;
  4. Fill in relevant information;
  5. After confirming the information is correct, click "Submit"for submission, and complete the conference and exhibition information.

Upon completion of the above-mentioned steps, your conference exhibition & information can immediately be retrieved on the iBridge conference and it will appear on your blog too.

Q05 How does a member modify/delete conference information?

Steps for a member to modify/re-release/delete purchase information:

  1. Enter the Conference Home page and enter your login name and password in "Member Sign In" on the left. Or, you can enter Membership Home (if you have already logged in the member center this step can be omitted) and choose "My account";
  2. Enter "Conference management" as shown in the figure below:


  3. Select the conference you want to edit or delete, and select "edit / delete" to edit or delete your conference and exhibition information.

Q06 How do I upload conference related files and materials?

Through iBridge Conference Home, you can release materials related to a specific conference and exhibition, such as PPT demonstration document, WORD document and pictures. Currently, the file formats supported by iBridge include ZIP, RAR, DOC, and PDF, and the size of the file should not exceed 500K. You can also upload files by compressing them as follows:

  1. Log in member center and enter conference management (the same as the description above);
  2. Select "Conference Files " menu, click "Add" at the right upper corner of the page, and on the page which appears below, fill in the information as shown in the figure below.

Q07 How do I release Reports and comments?

On the iBridge Conference platform, you can also collect reports and comments about a certain conference, and release them through the platform. The method is as follows:

  1. Log in member center to enter the conference management page (the same as the description above);
  2. Select "Reports & Comments" menu and click "Add" at the right upper corner of the page, as shown in the figure below:


  3. Input relevant content and information as shown in the figure below:


  4. Click the "Submit"button to post this report information.

Q08 How does a member confirm whether or not the conference and exhibition information is posted on the website and how do I view it?

If your information is entered correctly, you can immediately see your conference information on your blog site, conference channel, and you can also see it (depending on the speed of your connection) on the homepage of the Conference Home page. At the same time, members can search your conference information through "Find a conference" .

If your information does not comply with our regulations, we will notify you via e-mail, and keep this information temporarily, and post it on the website only when you have supplemented the content according to the e-mail. Information obviously in violation of the rules of this website shall be deleted without any notice to members.

Q09 How do I find a conference?

This website provides three methods to search conference and exhibition information:

  1. Find a conference through Search Bar. Click Conference Home on the upper part of the website, in the search entry that appears, input your key search words and domestic or international conference information, and click "Search";


  2. Through "Find a Conference" of Conference channel, you can conduct a relatively advanced retrieval, that is, to retrieve the information according to where, when and what industry the conference will be held, as well as through key search words as shown in the figure below:


  3. Use the search engine provided by iBridge. Retrieve full text information by entering key words.

Q10 How do I fill out sponsors’ information for a conference?

In addition to releasing the basic information about conferences and exhibitions, the iBridge conference system can also display sponsors’ information and websites of conferences via a list, and can directly link to websites designated by the sponsors.

The operation is as follows:

  1. Log in member center to enter conference management page (the same as the description above);
  2. When you "Post conference", or modify conference information, you can fill out the conference information page as shown in the figure below.
  3. Click "Add" button, to add sponsor’s name and its website.

Q11 How do I sponsor a conference?

iBridge welcomes members to participate in conference activities held by iBridge and provide sponsorships. You can contact us about becoming a sponsor in the following ways.

  1. Fill in the sponsorship request in the website as follows:

    • Select "Sponsor a Conference" in the pull-down menu of Conference as shown in the figure below:



    • Fill in the topic and message according the page prompt. Click "Submit", and you can immediately send your request to us.
    • We will contact you about your sponsorship request promptly.
