The "International Cooperation Salon", established according to the proposal of Wu Yikang, an advisor of China Association for International Science and Technology Cooperation (CAISTC), held its activity on January 28, 2010 in Beijing. The salon was first held in Haidian Science Park in June 2009, in which the topic of "Setting up Overseas Incubators and for Enterprises to Become Global Players" was discussed.
The Third International Cooperation Salon, which was held this time in the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development (CASTED) of the Ministry of Science and Technology, discussed the topic of "Soft Power in International Science and Technology Cooperation".
