Delegates from the Administrative Committee of Ho Chi Minh Industrial Zone, Vietnam Visit HSP

On the morning of April 16, 2009, Wu Wenhe, director of the Administrative Committee of Ho Chi Minh Industrial Zone, Vietnam, together with 9 other delegates, paid a visit to Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park (HSP). Since its establishment in 1992, the Industrial Zone, which is famous for its manufacturing and export zone, has raised a total capital of 4 billion US dollars and now has 220,000 employees. In 1996, the sales volume reached 2.32 billion US dollars. It is expected that 15 manufacturing, export and industrial parks will be established by 2015.

The delegation was received by officials from International Promotion & Cooperation Division of HSP, who gave a brief introduction to the situation and latest development of the Park. The delegates were interested in the Park’s development and visited Zhongguancun Software Park.
